Title:Electrical Department Manager

We are looking for Electrical Department Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE

Roles and responsibility

Establishes and maintains the technical standards within the discipline. Sets strategic and tactical direction with regard to policy/procedures, work force staffing, and budgeting. Manages and oversees the respective electrical discipline production of design, specifications, data sheets, electrical studies related to electrical generation / distribution / transmission on the Abu Dhabi / Middle East projects. Conceives and develops creative/innovative technology critical to the company's success.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum requirements are an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas Upstream / Mid stream / Downstream related experience, with average experience of 20+ years. Candidate is expected to hold a certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer. Candidate should demonstrate ability to conceive of and develop creative/innovative technology critical to the company's success. Candidate should demonstrate strong inter personal skills as well as good technical knowledge of mechanical discipline scope .
