Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Electrical Commissioning Engineer

with a strong background in testing and commissioning electrical systems in industrial or energy sector projects. The ideal candidate will possess at least

5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

, and must be

certified and registered with the appropriate engineering body

.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the commissioning of electrical systems and equipment (LV/MV/HV) in accordance with project requirements. Review and interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and technical specifications. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electrical installations and ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, punch lists, and handover documentation. Coordinate with design, construction, and HSE teams to ensure smooth commissioning activities. Identify, log, and resolve technical issues that arise during commissioning. Ensure all work is carried out to approved procedures, codes, standards, and specifications. Participate in pre-commissioning and start-up activities. Provide technical support and leadership to junior engineers and technicians as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum

5 years of experience

in electrical commissioning, preferably in oil & gas, power, utilities, or infrastructure projects.

Certified and registered

with a recognized engineering authority or board. Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Immediate availability

is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on international or large-scale industrial projects. Familiarity with industry-standard commissioning tools and software.
