Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with relevant standards and project specifications. Conduct site inspections and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Prepare load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues during execution or operation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. Review and approve electrical shop drawings and material submittals

Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Experienced

Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents based on drawings and specifications. Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement processes. Monitor project budgets and provide cost control throughout project execution. Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on financial matters. Maintain up-to-date records of all contractual and cost-related documents.

Draughtsman (Electrical/MEP) - Experienced

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements. Ensure drawings comply with standards, project specifications, and consultant guidelines. Modify and update drawings based on markups, site changes, or client comments. Coordinate with engineers and site teams to gather drawing input and resolve discrepancies. Manage CAD files and drawing logs in an organized manner. Support design and documentation needs of the engineering department.
