We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our MEP BIM team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and capable of developing coordinated BIM models for electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop 3D BIM models for Electrical and ELV systems using Revit
Link and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models
Identify and resolve clashes through coordination with other disciplines
Prepare electrical shop drawings, layouts, and schematics from BIM models
Update models and drawings based on site conditions and issued revisions
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans
Assist in generating schedules, cable routing plans, and BOQs
