Prepare
electrical shop drawings
, layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings.
Model electrical systems including:
Power & lighting
Low current systems (ELV)
Cable trays, conduits, trunking, panels
Perform
clash detection and coordination
using
Navisworks
and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
Coordinate with
Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural
teams.
Generate
BOQs, schedules, and quantities
from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with
project specifications, standards, and authority requirements
.
Support BIM coordination meetings and implement coordination comments.
Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as an
Electrical BIM Modeler
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in
Revit (Electrical), Navisworks, AutoCAD
