Job Summary:

We are currently seeking candidate for ELV/electrical BIM modeler with design drawings experience

As a Revit Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in developing detailed designs and coordinating MEP services using Revit software. From concept to completion, you will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain 3D models using Revit.

Develop accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and structures.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members.

Identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design/shop drawings phase.

Perform clash detection and resolve clashes in the model.

Extract data from the model for quantity take-offs and cost estimation.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeler in a UAE consultancy firm.

Proficiency in Revit software and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of ELV/electrical systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
