to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and plumbing installations. This role requires a reliable and responsible individual capable of working independently and handling repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
Perform routine electrical and plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance.
Install and repair plumbing systems including pipes, drainage, faucets, water heaters, and pumps.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues such as power failures, short circuits, and equipment malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and UAE regulations.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Collaborate with other technicians and report work status to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an electrician and plumber (2-3 years minimum).
Familiar with UAE standards and regulations for electrical and plumbing work.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems on-site.
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy tools/equipment.
