The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical and Automation Service Technician with a strong background in offshore vessel systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining electrical and automation systems onboard offshore vessels. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in challenging offshore environments.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. o Minimum of 05 + years of experience in electrical and automation systems, preferably in offshore vessels. o Proven experience in troubleshooting and servicing the following systems: o Main Switchboard, engine control system, central alarm system, bow thruster and main propulsion system, communication system. o Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of electrical and automation systems. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. - Familiarity with relevant software and tools for system diagnostics.
