Job Description

:

Electrical Engineer / Electronics Engineer / Electric Vehicle Technician to completely calculate and design the wiring, integration, and testing of electric vehicle motor (PMSM BLDC) and EV battery systems.

Solid understanding of high-voltage systems (120V DC), motor control interfaces, and basic PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design and assembly. Involves practical wiring work for production, schematic interpretation, and collaboration with the mechanical and controls teams for electric drivetrain.

Tasks:

oWire up and integrate PMSM motors, EV batteries, and motor controllers/inverters according to system schematics.

oWire up for mass production.

oDo the layout and connection of power, signal, and sensor wiring harnesses.

oAbility to use debugging tools like oscilloscope, can analysers.

oDo bench and vehicle-level testing of motor and battery systems.

oRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and datasheets.

oDesign small PCB for custom functions.

oMaintain documents for wiring setups, test results, and system changes.

oAdhere to all safety procedures for handling high-voltage EV systems.

oRoutine maintenance of battery and motor, motor controller in inventory.

Education:

oBachelor's in electrical engineering or any related field.

oTwo years of experience in the field.

oFluent in English.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
