Electircal Fleet Charging Operator
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor EV charging stations to ensure safe and efficient functioning.Assist drivers in connecting and disconnecting charging equipment as needed.Inspect and clean charging units regularly to maintain proper hygiene and safety.Report any faults, damages, or technical issues to the maintenance team promptly.Ensure proper signage, cables, and equipment are in place and functioning.Maintain daily records of charging sessions, energy consumption, and incidents.Support customers by providing information or troubleshooting basic charging issues.Follow company safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental standards.Coordinate with the technical and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance schedules.Maintain logbooks and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
