We are seeking skilled

E-learning Officers

to support the design, development, and deployment of engaging digital learning experiences. This role is ideal for creative professionals who combine instructional design expertise with strong technical capabilities in authoring tools and web technologies. The selected candidates will play a key role in producing multimedia content, interactive modules, and LMS-ready deliverables aligned with modern digital learning standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed storyboards and narration scripts for digital learning programs Design SCORM-compliant e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and similar tools Produce multimedia assets (video, graphics, animation) using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure engaging and accurate content Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive layouts, interactivity, and LMS integration Support LMS deployment including course uploads, curriculum setup, and testing

Skills

Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and e-learning best practices Comfortable with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization and integration Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple digital learning projects simultaneously

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, or xAPI standards and LMS publishing Minimum 2 years of experience in e-learning design or related digital content development Experience in coding (JavaScript or other scripting languages) is an advantage Based in Qatar or willing to relocate for a 12-month contract
