Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and manuals in line with UAE legislation, JAFZA regulations
Conduct regular risk assessments, job safety analyses and environmental impact assessments.
Ensure all statutory permits, approvals and inspections (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, MOCCAE, JAFZA, etc.) are obtained and up to date.
Plan and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for all employees and contractors.
Lead incident/accident investigations, prepare reports, recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Monitor compliance of contractors and subcontractors with company and regulatory EHS requirements.
Maintain records of incidents, inspections, audits, and safety statistics; submit required reports to authorities.
Coordinate emergency response planning, drills and first aid programs.
Promote a proactive EHS culture across all departments and project sites.
Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities on all EHS matters.
Continuously improve the company's EHS performance and drive sustainability initiatives.
