Job Description

Overview:
A wonderful family of three, living in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, is seeking a temporary, full-time nanny to assist with caring for their three month old daughter. The position is for around three months, with the option to extend if both parties are happy. The schedule is 6 days per week, up to 12-hours per day. The family will be traveling to Europe for two weeks in January, and will require the nanny to travel with them.
The parents are hands-on and involved with their daughter, and mom is around throughout the day.
This is a live-in position and candidates will have their own bedroom and private bathroom within the family's home.
The ideal candidate will be professional, kind, thoughtful, and experienced. They should have strong communication and social skills, with an easygoing attitude.
The role is to start mid-December, or January 3rd at the latest and last for approximately three months. Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times
• Keeping the baby's spaces stocked, organized, and tidy
• Providing general support and guidance to first-time parents while respecting their personal preferences
• Provide developmental milestone encouragement
• Plan and focus on activities to help with her growth an development
• provide guidance with weaning when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Warm, kind, and nurturing
• Willing to take direction
• Ability to go with the flow while providing structure and consistency
• Clean and organized
• Must ideally have at least 5+ years' experience

Requirements:

• Must have a travel ready passport
• Must have a positive and calm demeanor, and be able to read a room.
• Travel with the family to Europe
• Must have previous experience caring for this age group

Salary and Benefits:

• 25K AED monthly
