Job Title Education & Skills Advisory

Description

Lead Skills Strategy for managed accounts including: * Empower students to skill up & certify on MS tech, building affinity w/MS Learn & MS technical certifications & align w/Pearson/Certiport for exams deployment

  • SME for workforce employability engagements & opportunity creation for Career Coach, Microsoft Certs w/technical certs as priority, Learning product solutions
  • Deepen engagement w/game-based learning to spark interest in STEM & coding w/ M:EE & MakeCode
  • Elevate strategic partnerships to drive skills (commercial/industry and/or partnerships/SGAs)
Responsibilities

Executing and driving impact against the Learning priorities will be achieved through; * Providing input into account plans to ensure adequate PD coverage across all managed accounts
  • Lead delivery and evangelize Education Transformation Framework narrative and leveraging to deepen transformation engagements with customers in local market
  • Be seen and trusted by Microsoft Edu team, customer and partners as education industry subject matter expert by building impactful engagements and customer strategies with System Leaders, School Leaders and Educators
  • This includes participating and speaking at industry events, conferences.
  • Maintain excellence in engagement reporting and v-team communication and collaboration by reviewing and updating opportunity progress weekly
performing precision customer targeting, and leading v-team opportunity orchestration to accelerate Customer Adoption and Consumption * Develop account engagement, consumption strategies and customer training plans to support best practices, capacity building and adoption of Microsoft devices and prioritized workloads .

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling
  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
