Job Description

Our client, a reputable government entity based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an Economic Research Analyst to join their team. The analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing economic research, as well as ensuring the accuracy of economic reports.

Please note that this is an Emiratization role and only UAE Nationals with a Family Book will be considered.

Role:
- Generate regular reports on matters pertaining to economic competitiveness and economic diversity plan
- Conduct research about trends and patterns from previous years
- Remain up to date on daily news, global reports, and economic developments on a domestic, regional, and international scale
- Prepare annual economic report and oversee preparation of quarterly reports
- Maintain active relationships and partnerships with those concerned with research and statistics at the local and international level in order to facilitate exchange of knowledge and data
- Conduct critical review of economic strategy and provide opinion and feedback on economic issues
- Identify data required for reports and follow up on sources of data to ensure its reliability and validity

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in Arabic & English
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Economic analytical and report-writing skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or equivalent (Master's degree preferred)
