Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle checks to verify inventory accuracy.

Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings to management.

Audit incoming and outgoing goods against system records.

Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded in the inventory system.

Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain proper stock control.

Prepare stock audit reports and provide recommendations for improvements.

Maintain compliance with company policies and audit standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a stock auditor, inventory controller, or similar role (e-commerce/warehouse experience preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and reporting skills.
