Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage our Amazon FBA and Noon FBN operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketplace operations including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, sales analysis, and market trend reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations on Amazon FBA and Noon FBN.

Ensure accurate and optimized product listings with SEO-focused content.

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and prevent stockouts or overstock.

Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer behavior using marketplace analytics tools.

Track and report on KPIs: sell-through rate, returns, margins, conversion rates, etc.

Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to recommend improvements.

Coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Manage promotional campaigns, deal submissions, and marketplace-specific events (e.g., Prime Day, White Friday).

Handle FBA/FBN compliance, shipment creation, and reconciliation.

Resolve listing issues, suspended ASINs, or account-related problems with Amazon/Noon support teams.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA and/or Noon FBN operations.

Strong understanding of inventory control, sales forecasting, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Proficient in Excel and marketplace analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Helium 10, Keep a, etc.)

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced changes.

Knowledge of UAE/GCC e-commerce market trends is a plus.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
