We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Shopify-based online store. This role is critical in driving our digital presence, improving customer experience, and increasing online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the online store, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in product information, images, and inventory levels.
Monitor and optimize the user experience (UX) across desktop and mobile platforms.
Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and campaigns across all channels.
Manage integrations with third-party apps and payment gateways.
Track and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
Continuously test and optimize the website for better user engagement and sales growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Experience with SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and social media ads is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for e-commerce.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
