:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
E-commerce Specialist
to lead our online sales operations acrossUAE
, with a primary focus on theNoon platform and Amazon and others
. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge ofhome appliances
, a strong understanding ofonline marketplace dynamics
, and a proven track record of team leadership and regional growth.Key Responsibilities:
Strategize, manage, and optimize
all aspects of the company's presence onNoon UAE and Amazon
and other e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, maintaining brand guidelines and high-quality content (titles, descriptions, images, specs). Analyze marketplace data (Noon and amazon Business Dashboard, reports, trends) and other e-commerce platforms to drive performance, improve visibility, and increase conversions. Plan and executecampaigns, flash sales, deals, and exclusive launches
in collaboration with Noon account managers. Monitor and enhancecustomer ratings, reviews, and service quality
KPIs. Regularly report on KPIs such as sales performance, sell-through, returns, and ROI. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in Noon and Amazon and regional e-commerce.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of e-commerce experience 0r direct experience managing Noon accounts
inUAE.
Prior experience in thehome appliances
sector is a must. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using Online Seller Tools, Excel, and reporting platforms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
