Job Title: E-commerce Specialist (Home Appliances & Electronics)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

E-commerce Specialist

to lead our online sales operations across

UAE and KSA

, with a primary focus on the

Noon platform and others

. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of

home appliances and consumer electronics

, a strong understanding of

online marketplace dynamics

, and a proven track record of team leadership and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, manage, and optimize

all aspects of the company's presence on

Noon UAE and KSA

and other e-commerce platforms. Ensure accurate and compelling product listings, maintaining brand guidelines and high-quality content (titles, descriptions, images, specs). Analyze marketplace data (Noon Business Dashboard, reports, trends) and other e-commerce platforms to drive performance, improve visibility, and increase conversions. Plan and execute

campaigns, flash sales, deals, and exclusive launches

in collaboration with Noon account managers. Work closely with the marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to align promotions, stock availability, and order fulfillment. Monitor and enhance

customer ratings, reviews, and service quality

KPIs. Regularly report on KPIs such as sales performance, sell-through, returns, and ROI. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in Noon and regional e-commerce.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of e-commerce experience

, with at least

2-3 years of direct experience managing Noon accounts

in

UAE and KSA

. Prior experience in the

home appliances and consumer electronics

sector is a must. Demonstrated leadership skills with

experience managing a team

. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using Noon Seller Tools, Excel, and reporting platforms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
