Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven

E-Commerce Specialist

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplace platforms such as

Amazon, Noon, and TikTok Commerce

, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce process -- from product listing to order fulfillment and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, TikTok Commerce). Develop strategies to drive online sales growth and achieve monthly targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data, inventory management, and smooth order fulfillment. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers to maximize conversions. Handle pricing strategies, promotions, and product visibility optimization. Stay up to date with industry best practices, marketplace algorithms, and competitor activity. Support in expanding the brand's online presence into new digital commerce channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably

Amazon, Noon, and/or TikTok Commerce

. Strong understanding of

end-to-end e-commerce operations

(listing, logistics, order management, and customer experience). Knowledge of marketplace policies, advertising tools, and campaign optimization. Experience in

furniture and fashion (footwear/apparel)

industries is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
