We are seeking a

dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive

to manage our brand's presence across major online platforms such as

Shopify, Amazon, Noon

, and others. This role is tailored to someone who understands the unique demands of the

fragrance and beauty industry

, including product presentation, customer engagement, and logistics coordination for delicate, premium products. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online marketplaces and a strong sense of brand aesthetics to align with our luxury perfume line.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize online storefronts on

Shopify, Amazon, Noon

, and additional platforms specific to the beauty/perfume category. Upload and update product listings with

accurate descriptions, high-quality imagery, scent notes, and usage details

that appeal to fragrance customers. Ensure inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfillment. Implement seasonal and promotional campaigns tailored to beauty/fragrance customers across platforms. Respond to customer inquiries, product reviews, and return requests with brand-aligned professionalism. Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies within the fragrance category. Prepare monthly reports on product performance, customer feedback, and marketing ROI. Maintain brand consistency across all listings and recommend improvements for presentation and user experience. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to craft engaging content for product launches and exclusive collections.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in managing online sales platforms, preferably in the

fragrance, beauty, or luxury products sector

. Strong understanding of online customer behavior in the perfume/cosmetics space. Familiarity with SEO for product listings and marketplace marketing tools (e.g., Amazon Ads, Noon Promotions). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A passion for fragrances and the ability to understand and convey olfactory concepts is a strong plus.
