We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence on various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of e-commerce strategies and a passion for driving sales through digital channels. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze market trends, optimize listings, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
: Oversee and manage the company's product listings on major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Dubai Store, Talabat, Careem, Shopify, Wix, and other relevant platforms.
Product Listings
: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and competitive pricing.
Sales Strategies
: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic to product listings.
Inventory Management
: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are always in stock.
Performance Analysis
: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Advertising
: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and other advertising strategies to boost product visibility.
Customer Service
: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
Collaboration
: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
SEO Knowledge
: Utilize search engine optimization techniques to improve the ranking and visibility of product listings on online marketplaces.
Customer Communication
: Engage with customers, respond to their requests and inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Documentation
: Prepare necessary documents and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
