Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

E-commerce Executive

to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our online sales platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital commerce, with a strong understanding of online customer experience, product listings, order flow, and basic performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product uploads, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Noon, etc.) Monitor and update product availability, promotional banners, and content in line with campaigns Process and follow up on customer orders, returns, and delivery coordination Track and report key performance indicators such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth e-commerce operation Support execution of online campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all channels Conduct competitor research and identify trends to improve offerings and positioning Assist in creating and managing discount codes and promotional activities

Qualifications:

Experience with performance ads or SEO Knowledge of the UAE/GCC retail and online market Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail (FMCG or retail industry preferred) Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, or Noon Good understanding of digital sales processes and online consumer behavior Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus) Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
