We are a leading FMCG company in the UAE, specializing in the distribution of premium food products from global brands. We are seeking a Senior E-Commerce Specialist with a strong background in managing and growing e-commerce channels within the UAE market, particularly in the multinational food distribution sector.

This is a strategic role focused on scaling digital business operations and maximizing online revenue growth across multiple platforms

MINIMUM TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum experience of 3+ years in E-Commerce in FMCG (Distribution Company) - UAE is Mandatory.

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication. Strong understanding of Google Analytics Strong understanding of operational logic of e-commerce platforms Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce analytics tools Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Able to work independently and take initiative. Good Knowledge about computer especially Microsoft Office and other related software Strong Communications, Customer Service, and interpersonal Skill

Principal Responsibilities:

Expand E-Commerce new customers and new platforms in accordance with the company's business strategic goals Manage and optimize listings on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Kibsons etc.) Build marketing calendar on monthly/quarterly basis Coordinating with suppliers, BDM - Contract creations, promotions, business overview Creating development & marketing plan for each E-Commerce platform Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment and stock availability Ensure pricing, product content, and images are up-to-date and SEO-friendly Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance the digital customer experience Liaising with the Finance Team for Marketing and other activities Other duties as assigned by the department managers
