Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and the company website.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility and SEO.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Process and track online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
Analyze online sales data and performance metrics.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts including promotions, email campaigns, and ads.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or Specialist (1-2 years preferred).
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
