Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions across ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and others.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Execute digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, retargeting, affiliate programs, and paid social campaigns.
Analyze ecommerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROI, etc.) using Google Analytics and platform data to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create effective product pages, banners, landing pages, and promotions.
Optimize site architecture, navigation, and UX/UI to improve usability and reduce bounce rates.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, shipping options, and fulfilment processes in coordination with warehouse or supply chain teams.
Identify and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Stay current on ecommerce trends, advertising innovations, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Provide insights on customer behaviour, competitor analysis, and campaign performance to support growth planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency with ecommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
