Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings, sales performance, and operations on Noon.com and other e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and ensure seamless online operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listings Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Noon.com and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to platform guidelines.

Sales Performance Optimization: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve product visibility and increase conversions.

Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels, manage FBN shipments, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts and special offers, to drive traffic and sales.

Customer Experience: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer behavior, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience managing e-commerce operations, specifically on Noon.com or similar platforms.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.

Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
