Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify / WooCommerce), ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience
Upload, maintain, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO attributes
Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics; prepare regular reports and actionable insights
Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, bundles, and seasonal offers to drive online sales growth
Maintain accurate online inventory in coordination with warehouse and operations teams to prevent stock discrepancies
Optimize the customer journey across product pages, checkout flow, and post-purchase experience
Handle order processing, refunds, exchanges, and customer escalations in accordance with company policies
Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and on-site banners
Ensure compliance with local regulations, pricing policies, and brand guidelines across all online platforms
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to improve online merchandising and revenue
Create and update website banners and product images aligned with brand guidelines
Maintain and manage integrations with payment gateways, delivery partners, CRM systems, and analytics tools
