in managing e-commerce websites and online platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Carrefour Online, and beauty e-shops), with strong skills in digital sales, content management, and online customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and update the company's e-commerce website.
List, update, and optimize products across online platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, beauty shops, and other e-marketplaces).
Monitor and analyze online sales performance, generating reports and insights.
Manage online promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing activities to drive sales.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of online orders.
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital tools.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in e-commerce management and online sales.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and CMS tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
Familiarity with Talabat, Snoonu, and regional e-commerce platforms.
Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
