Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and other online sales channels (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Instashop).
Upload and maintain accurate product listings, images, prices, and inventory updates.
Coordinate with the pharmacy and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and increase conversions.
Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns for better visibility and ROI.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders in coordination with the customer service team.
Work closely with suppliers and third-party service providers to enhance the e-commerce experience.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
