Our client is a prominent global gifting company based in the UAE, recognized for its extensive range of innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.
We are seeking an "E-commerce Senior Specialist" who will be responsible for the Arabic website in terms of advertising, marketing and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
Craft strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the department.
Developing subject matter expertise in assigned categories and taking ownership of daily business administration.
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes new products and features, Brand Awareness).
Develop, Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of
goals.
Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Job Requirements:
Work experience in Marketing, preferably within the E-commerce industry with a minimum 4 years of experience
Arabic Nationals only.
Experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
Solid knowledge of web analytics
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Analytical and entrepreneurial mind.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Timings: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
