SAFQAT is a startup growing company specializing in B2B ecommerce marketplace in the MENA region. With online business and digital marketing being key to the growth of the brand and we are expanding our team to include a highly motivated eCommerce marketing specialist. The role will focus on growing and maximizing our sales channels through detailed marketplace analysis and positive brand representation across various social media channels. Analytics and understanding results of actions is also a key element of this role, so an understanding of online shopping behavior is also essential. If you know your way around the digital marketing scene and social media campaigns, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns for B2B ecommerce store. Design, build and maintain our social media presence (Instagram, twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn) Implement marketing campaigns and analyze performance, turning insights into actionable work, creating a workflow of steady and prioritized performance adjustments. Develop targeted campaigns (ads & email blasts), against goals (ROI and KPIs). Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for social and other online platforms Plan, execute, and measure targeted campaigns. Generate social media awareness and be the first responder to customer comments and messages, having a proactive approach to the growth of our following, creating regular post and blog updates. Producing regular performance reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Create compelling copy for online ads. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Qualifications & Experience A reputed university degree in marketing with 2-3 years of hands-on working experience Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts Experience with business to customer social media and content generation Strong creative and analytical skills Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads, including setting budgets. Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications. Languages: English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
