We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales for fresh farm produce such as avocados, lettuce, kale, sweetcorn, and snack cucumbers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for online product listings, order management, customer service, and executing digital strategies to boost revenue while maintaining the freshness and quality promise of our farm-to-door delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Sales & Marketplace Management
Manage listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Talabat, company website).
Monitor stock levels, update inventory, and ensure accurate product availability online.
Coordinate with farm operations and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Order Management
Process incoming online orders efficiently.
Track shipments and handle delivery coordination to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through digital channels.
Product Presentation
Ensure all product listings are well-optimized with clear descriptions, attractive images, and proper keywords.
Highlight benefits such as "farm fresh," "organic," "locally grown," etc., in listings.
Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Achieve weekly and monthly online sales targets.
Identify and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales of specific products or during peak seasons.
Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Marketing Support & Digital Campaigns
Run campaigns promoting farm produce.
Suggest seasonal offers, bundles (e.g., salad boxes), or healthy snacking packs for increased engagement.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new listings.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Data Reporting & Insights
Maintain sales and customer data; generate regular performance reports.
Use insights to recommend product focus areas or packaging variations based on consumer demand.
Quality Assurance Coordination
Liaise with QC and packaging teams to ensure products shipped meet freshness and quality standards.
Address and report any quality complaints or damages promptly.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with farming, packing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth e-commerce operations.
Help integrate customer feedback into production planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in FMCG or fresh food/produce industry.
Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of e-commerce tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
