We are looking for a proactive and experienced

E-commerce Sales Account Manager

to handle our marketplace accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Mumzworld, Microless, Carrefour, and others. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in e-commerce operations, strong understanding of marketplace guidelines, and the ability to manage inventory, pricing, and sales performance end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations on Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Mumzworld, Microless, Carrefour, and similar platforms Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing, variations) Monitor listing quality, account health, and compliance with marketplace policies Track daily sales performance, pricing trends, and competitor activity Coordinate and create FBA/FBN/warehouse shipment plans and replenishment orders Monitor stock levels, inbound shipments, reserved units, returns, and unfulfillable inventory Ensure stock, pricing, promotions, and deals are updated across all platforms Handle returns, removal orders, customer feedback, and related follow-ups Communicate with marketplace support teams to resolve listing or account issues Prepare weekly sales, stock, and performance reports for management Collaborate with warehouse, operations, customer service, and finance teams Support management with day-to-day marketplace operations and strategies

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in

e-commerce account management

. Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon/Noon required) Strong understanding of marketplace guidelines, account health metrics, and listing optimization Solid knowledge of inventory management, FBA/FBN processes, and stock handling Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, reporting) Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Trendyol Merchant Panel, or similar portals Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail Ability to analyze sales data, margins, platform fees, and profitability Familiarity with product returns, unfulfillable units, and removal processes Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve operational issues Experience handling electronics or consumer goods is a plus
