We are seeking a dynamic

E-Commerce Online Trainer

to deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions for learners pursuing e-commerce courses. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in e-commerce operations and online teaching skills to create an impactful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver live online training sessions on e-commerce topics, including but not limited to: digital storefront setup, online marketing, logistics, payment systems, and customer experience. Prepare training materials, presentations, and exercises aligned with course objectives. Engage learners through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical examples. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain professional standards and ensure high-quality online learning experience. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online selling, or digital marketing. Prior experience in teaching, training, or conducting online workshops is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
