Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Picker who will play a significant role towards ensuring an appealing display, fulfill product orders and communicate well, lift and pack items on behalf of the employer to the customers.

Candidates must have prior experience in a similar role with a reputed supermarket (at least 2-4 years of experience).

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives. Analyze sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time scales. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products as per the planogram. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory Forecast profits/sales and plan budget Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc. Remain up to date with the industry's best practices Accurately process sales using cash registers, scanners or equipment Accept cash, checks and bankcards for payment Process payments according to company procedure Provide change for cash payments Issue receipts for payments received Accurately calculate discounts and special offers Stay up to date on all promotions and special offers Issue refunds and credits Process returns and exchanges Redeem food stamps and coupons Ensure sufficient change is available Balance sales and receipts according to company procedure Maintain accurate records of transactions Bag, box and wrap merchandis
