The E-commerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's presence across leading online marketplaces including
Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, and Noon Direct Fulfillment
. This role requires a strong understanding of marketplace operations, listing management, pricing strategies, promotions, and performance optimization to drive online sales growth and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Account Management
Handle day-to-day operations of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Noon Direct Fulfillment.
Ensure accurate and optimized product listings with correct descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
Monitor and maintain healthy account performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance with marketplace policies.
Product Listing & Content Optimization
Create, update, and enhance product listings with SEO-friendly content.
Optimize product titles, bullet points, A+ content, and images to improve visibility and conversion.
Inventory & Order Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking across platforms.
Manage returns and claims, ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
Pricing & Promotions
Implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track sales, traffic, and performance metrics across platforms.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights for management on revenue trends, product performance, and marketplace growth opportunities.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
Address customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain high seller ratings and compliance with marketplace service standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for new opportunities, promotions, and compliance updates.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years
proven experience managing
Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Noon (or similar marketplaces).
Hands-on knowledge of listing creation, catalog management, inventory handling, and fulfillment workflows.
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce analytics is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Amazon and Noon marketplace operations and policies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO practices, and keyword optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
