We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce operator with proven, hands-on mastery of
Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) web platforms
. This role is not execution-only; it requires
end-to-end ownership
of listings, inventory flow, shipment orchestration, sales acceleration, and platform algorithm optimization across multiple marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities (Expert Level):
Architect, optimize, and maintain
high-converting product listings
(SEO, A+ Content, variations, compliance, suppressed ASIN recovery) aligned with
Amazon A9/A10 and Noon ranking logic
.
Manage
complex shipment workflows
including FBA/FBM, Noon FBN/FBS, cross-border logistics, SKU mapping, carton optimization, reconciliation, stranded inventory resolution, and forecasting to prevent stock-out or overstock penalties.
Drive
sales velocity and profitability
through advanced PPC strategy (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads), bid optimization, search term mining, TACoS/ACoS control, deal mechanics, and promotional stacking.
Analyze marketplace data deeply (Business Reports, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Buy Box metrics) to make
algorithm-aware decisions
, not surface-level optimizations.
Coordinate marketplace operations with
e-commerce websites
(Shopify/WooCommerce), ensuring pricing parity, inventory sync, conversion optimization, and attribution tracking.
Identify growth levers through competitor intelligence, category trend analysis, and lifecycle management of SKUs from launch to scale.
Required Expertise (Non-Negotiable):
Demonstrated
advanced operational experience
managing Amazon & Noon accounts at scale (multiple ASINs, high order volume).
Strong understanding of
marketplace algorithms, compliance policies, and performance health metrics
.
Ability to work autonomously, diagnose account-level issues, and execute growth strategies without step-by-step guidance.
Data-driven mindset with fluency in dashboards, reports, and performance modeling.
This role is for professionals who already operate marketplaces as a system, not those still learning how they work.

Have you personally managed FBA/FBM (Amazon) and FBN/FBS (Noon) shipments including SKU mapping, carton labeling, reconciliation, and stranded inventory resolution?
Do you have advanced experience optimizing listings based on Amazon A9/A10 ranking logic and Noon search behavior (SEO, variations, suppression recovery, compliance)?
Have you actively managed Amazon Ads and Noon Ads, including keyword mining, bid optimization, and controlling ACoS / TACoS for profitability?
Can you confidently analyze and act on Business Reports, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Buy Box data, and conversion metrics?
Do you have experience synchronizing Amazon/Noon with Shopify or WooCommerce, including inventory sync, pricing parity, and conversion optimization?
Have you managed seller accounts specifically for UAE / KSA marketplaces with knowledge of VAT, local fulfillment constraints, and regional buyer behavior?
