Digital/E-Commerce Work Streams & Performance Manager
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to,
E-commerce Operations Leadership: - Maintain high-level communication with department heads, staff, and vendors to
ensure smooth operations. - Oversee sales strategies and lead new product launches.
Operational Management Excellence:
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. - Lead the improvement of operational systems, processes, and best practices. - Supervise mid-level staff and mentor team members.
Financial & Performance:
Generate executive reports and dashboards. -
Prepare financial statements and conduct profitability analysis. - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes. -
Analyze financial data to drive strategic decisions.
Compliance and Strategic Planning:
Monitor and present KPIs and performance metrics to the board. -
Utilize data analysis for strategic insights and trends. -
Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives. -
Lead change management initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Marketing & Sales:
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management. -
Proficiency in quality assurance protocols and cost management. -
Technical proficiency in MS Office and operational software. - Should be available locally in Qatar.
