E-Commerce & Odoo Operations Manager

to take full ownership of our retail e-commerce operations and ERP system.

This is not just a technical role -- we're seeking someone who understands

systems, digital marketing, and business

. The ideal candidate will manage our Odoo ERP, run the online store, and drive marketing campaigns while bringing a strong commercial mindset to support project evaluation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo & ERP Operations:

Manage Odoo system (Community/Enterprise) configurations and workflows. Administer core modules: Inventory, Sales, Invoicing, CRM, POS, eCommerce. Coordinate with developers/vendors for system customizations and improvements. Handle data imports/exports, backups, and integrations (Tabby, Stripe, Talabat, Aramex, etc.). Ensure system uptime, user access, and functional integrity.

E-Commerce Platform Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store (orders, stock, returns). Update product catalogs, pricing, and descriptions. Manage promotions, coupons, and digital campaigns. Monitor customer experience and improve site usability.

Technology, Marketing & Business Alignment:

Evaluate and propose new software/tools to improve e-commerce and ERP performance. Build, launch, and optimize

paid advertising campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with designers and copywriters for campaign creative. Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting/budgets, and report ROI. Conduct

competitive research

and SEO optimization. Analyze new business ideas or projects from a

technical feasibility perspective

. Align digital strategy with overall company growth objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:
