E-Commerce Manager - UAE, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman

AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial

eCommerce Manager

to drive sales and customer experience across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. This individual will be responsible for managing our platforms (Website & App), ensuring seamless operations and continuous revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience building or scaling eCommerce platforms in the UAE and surrounding markets, with a passion for gaming and pop culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow eCommerce performance across web and app in assigned markets. Manage product listings, pricing accuracy, categorization, merchandising, and homepage refreshes. Ensure platform reliability and performance in collaboration with tech teams. Optimize customer journey, UI/UX, and checkout experience to maximize conversions. Develop and implement online sales campaigns, bundles, promotions, and tactical offers. Monitor and enhance delivery timelines, packaging quality, and aftersales support. Analyze buying patterns and execute customer-centric campaigns in collaboration with marketing. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and accuracy. Lead efforts on platform hygiene: broken links, stock mismatches, image/content issues. Report on traffic, conversions, bounce rates, sales, and campaign performance.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce management, with proven success in UAE or GCC markets. Experience in building eCommerce operations in small to mid-sized companies. Familiar with eCommerce CMS (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, custom platforms). Strong grasp of digital consumer behavior, AOV, retention, and funnel optimization. Experience working with UAE-based couriers, payment gateways, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of gaming, collectibles, and pop culture trends. Analytical mindset with a bias for action. Collaborative, driven, and solution-oriented.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
