Position: E commerce Manager Salary : 15k AED All Inclusive Requirements and skills E-Commerce Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective eCommerce sales strategies ( daily negotiation with our key buyers) to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong connection in Talabat, Kibsons, Noon, Careem and full knowledge of Amazon Seller Central platform. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to customers. Customer Acquisition:Identify and target potential customers through various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers, providing excellent customer service and support. Sales Funnel Management:Manage the eCommerce sales funnel, including lead generation, lead qualification, and conversion. Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze key performance metrics, and provide insights to improve sales performance. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry. eCommerce Platform Management: Work closely with IT to ensure the smooth operation of the eCommerce platform ( in case of BTC ), troubleshoot issues, and optimize the user experience. Collaboration: Collaborate with trade marketing and Department Head to align strategies and achieve common goals. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, eCommerce best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Experience :Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the UAE Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in eCommerce sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, website optimization, and online marketing. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using eCommerce software and tools. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
