We are seeking a skilled and experienced e commerce manager to join our wellness shop team, selling herbal supplements and honey in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of e commerce operations, from product listing and sourcing to delivery, customer service, and order tracking. The e commerce manager will be responsible for managing our e commerce shop from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. This includes listing the best products internationally and having a deep understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should also have experience with delivery outsourcing, as well as a strong understanding of e commerce operations, including refund processing, order tracking, and customer service.
