E-Commerce Manager The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our E-Commerce channel by directing the customer inflow funnels, for all the brands in the portfolio. This person will manage the digital accounts and diversify the channel mix using paid social channels. The role will also entail generating data-driven commercial insights and managing digital marketing agencies to optimize performance around customer growth. Duties & Responsibilities
Devising the performance marketing strategies related to the E-Commerce channel
Understanding the key performance marketing metrics and making calculated analytical decisions on the channel investments
Analyzing the past performance of coupons, categories, and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Analyzing customer purchase trends to identify assortment/ pricing gaps and recommend coupon optimization for better conversion
Continually review and suggest tactical changes based on current performance and impact on campaign goals/ KPIs
Owning a digital marketing calendar based on the phasing of budgeted sales ensuring and ensure customer traffic is driven to achieve it
Manage performance marketing agencies to drive improved ROI
Qualifications
Masters in business management with a specialization in digital marketing
Minimum six years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, and social media marketing
Knowledge of Attribution modeling, conversion management, traffic analysis and investment optimization
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, web analysis, and digital marketing tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse internal and external team
