Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

E-Commerce IT Project Coordinator

to support our IT team in delivering digital and e-services projects. You will work closely with the local digital team in Dubai and the IT Europe team based in Paris, coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders including external partners.

Responsibilities:

Support IT team on e-commerce and e-services projects. Coordinate between local, Europe, global teams, and external partners. Track project timelines and technical planning. Act as the link between project managers, developers, digital teams, and business units. Understand business needs and technical challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

Required IT Expertise:

Hands-on experience in

digital and technical platform integration

. Strong knowledge of

IT landscape

, including IT architecture, application architectures, and flow typologies. Understanding of

APIs and associated programming languages

. Experience with

Order Fulfillment processes

, WMS, PSP, Click & Collect, Customer Care, CRM, PIM, ERP. Analytical mindset and ability to work with

complex setups

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in

project coordination for IT or e-commerce projects

multi-location team coordination
