Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Intern

to join our team and support our e-commerce operations and packaging processes. This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in online retail operations, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and the logistics involved in delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily order processing on Amazon, Noon, and other platforms Coordinate pick-up/drop-off and track shipments Support product listing creation and optimization (titles, descriptions, pricing, images) Learn and implement best practices in e-commerce inventory and warehouse management Help prepare, inspect, and pack items in accordance with platform guidelines and company quality standards Monitor packaging supplies and maintain a clean, organized work area Identify areas for operational improvements and report inefficiencies Collaborate with the team to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field Strong interest in e-commerce, logistics, or retail operations Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Attention to detail and willingness to learn hands-on tasks Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory tools is a plus Knowledge of Amazon/Noon seller platforms is a strong advantage (training provided if not) Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus
