Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Product Updates:
Upload and maintain product details (descriptions, SKUs, pricing, etc.) across e-commerce platforms.
Image Scraping & Organization:
Source, clean, and upload product photographs, ensuring correct formatting and alignment with brand guidelines.
Delivery Partner Portfolio:
Update and manage partner details, service coverage, and delivery-related data within our systems.
Quality Checks:
Verify accuracy of product listings and monitor live website content for errors or missing details.
Cross-Functional Support:
Assist the e-commerce and operations teams with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to source and edit images (basic Photoshop/Canva is an advantage).
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the e-commerce industry.
