Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented

E-Commerce Executive/Specialist

to support the strategic management and growth of the company's online sales across key UAE-based E-Commerce platforms.

This role will involve managing our presence on major marketplaces such as

Amazon.ae, Noon, .....

as well as dedicated online pharmacies

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Partner Support:

Assist in nurturing relationships with E-Commerce marketplaces, retailers, and pharmacy online platforms. Monitor account health, compliance metrics, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) across all channels. Track order flow and stock levels, proactively highlighting potential supply chain disruptions.

Product & Content Management:

Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, barcodes) to meet platform-specific requirements. Coordinate with marketing/design teams and represented brands to localize product content effectively for the UAE market. Ensure strict compliance with all local regulatory guidelines.

Sales & Performance Tracking:

Monitor daily sales, pricing, margins, and conversion rates across platforms (e.g., Noon, Amazon.ae, Carrefour, Lulu, Nadi, Boots). Prepare detailed weekly/monthly sales performance reports and propose data-driven optimizations. Support the development and execution of promotional and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the UAE market.

Campaign & Promotion Execution:

Assist in planning and executing seasonal sales campaigns and major promotional initiatives. Coordinate with online pharmacies and retailers to feature products in exclusive bundles, flash sales, and cross-promotions. Track campaign Return on Investment (ROI) and suggest tactical adjustments as necessary.

Customer Experience & Feedback:

Monitor customer reviews and ratings on Amazon, Noon, Nadi, and pharmacy applications. Support the resolution of escalated customer complaints or complex product queries. Provide actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and product preferences within the UAE.

Operations & Logistics Coordination:

Liaise closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal inventory availability. Track and reconcile stock levels across multiple online channels. Ensure accurate product availability within pharmacies' backend systems and retailer dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

0-2 years of relevant experience

in E-Commerce, account management, or digital marketing (Internships or specific UAE pharmacy/retail experience is highly advantageous). Familiarity with key vendor/seller portals (e.g.,

Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partner Portal, Carrefour Online Dashboard

, and online pharmacy vendor portals). High proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets

for data analysis and reporting. Working understanding of UAE consumer behavior in relevant categories (Beauty, Healthcare, Baby Products, and OTC Pharmacy). Excellent communication and written skills (

English is required; Arabic is an advantage

).
