E Commerce Executive / Technical Support

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling / Managing online E-Commerce businesses.
  • Should have proficiency in product listings on E-Commerce websites.
  • Should be well versed with keyword approach for the listing of products for increasing visibility of hearing aid on websites
  • Must know the process involved in online selling.
  • Processing daily orders and managing the portal for matters related to payments, product uploads, changes to listings, stock updates, and promotion.
  • Ensure courier pickups and update accounts on dispatches
  • Monitor sales returns and update accounts
  • Managing reconciliation reports like inventory, order, and payment
  • Will be responsible for catalog management
Required Skills
  • Working experience in E-commerce sales.
  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
  • Excellent Written and spoken Arabic.
  • Basic photo editing skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Internet research skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
